coming on holiday to Vera, where should i go if I need emergency medical attention using my EH1C card

You can attend any GP / Centro Salud or Urgencias Dept ( A&E) of a Hospital with your EHIC & Passport. Would seriously suggest you take an interpreter as you cannot.guarantee treatment without.

Spain does not seem to have the same  'Duty of Care' as UK or other countries. So suggest you identify an interpreter when you arrive.

Let us hope you don't require Medical/ Nursing Services.

Thanks for the reply itsmuch appreciated

I had  an overnight in hospital with a rare but scary memory problem. 

We were booked to come to the area but hubby not keen on case of recurrence. 

Really glad you texted back as I think it confirms that we cancel which is what he wanted to.do.

Maybe another time...Thanks again
