The above link is for a telephone translation service for the whole of Andalucía. It is for medical professionals to access for patients who don't speak Spanish.  It is available 24hrs a day 365 days a year.  There are 37 languages catered for. 

So if you are going to the hospital or doctors on your own it might be useful to note the Web address and number in case your medical professional is unaware of the service.

they are well aware of the service but prefer it if you bring and have to pay for an interpreter that they can deal with face to face.  I used to use a similar phone service when I worked at the job centre to translate with the immigrants making claims and the three way calls were a nightmare with so much confusion in translation and they cost a fortune sometimes using people in Australia for the language needed.
