Register with Doctor

Hi how do my Husband and I register with an English speaking Doctor and what does it cost .

If you have Residencia, you register at the Vera Centro Salud (you’ll receive a Tarjeta Sanitaria). There is one Doctor there, Ana, who is young and speaks reasonably good English.
If you are on a private health scheme, I am not sure if you can register. I believe closest private hospital is Almería, but I stand to correction. Dr Bob - can you shed more light on this?
