Is it possible to drive from Vera to Torrevieja at the moment? I’ve lost track of the rules. Thanks,

Regional borders are still closed and will be until after Easter at least. So as you would be travelling from Andulucia to Murcia ( I think, maybe Alicante ) it’s not allowed unless for exceptional reasons.
