We are a couple in our sixties who have lived here for over two years. Is there any particular emergency number as well as 112 that we could ring if necessary if we feel we may have any symptoms.

Also what is the situation regarding health care during this crisis for foreigners living in Spain ?

If you live here any longer than 6 months you must apply for residencia. If you have that you will be in the health system here. If you have private health insurance I would contact your provider and ask them for contact details. If in the Spanish health system, then the details Doris provided are perfect.

If you are living under the radar, I wouldn't have thought your E111 card would cover coronavirus care and you will be billed by the Spanish government.
