Courier services

Hi all, I am considering sending some items from the UK to my house using the 'send my bags' courier service. They advertise quite competitive rates, certainly cheaper and less hassle than easyJet hold luggage. Does anyone have any experience of this or recommendations for any other company? I have tried courier services within Spain and sadly they have always been dire! TIA Karen
