For all those out there unhappy with the service of your current Mobile Service operators, take heart - LOBSTER is aiming to launch in Spain in December.  Lobster is an English service and is aimed squarely at Expats.  Lobster is being launched by Gibtelcom - Gibraltar Telecom.
