Unfortunately, from bitter personal experience, I can tell you who not to use. He came with glowing recommendations from 2 good friends. Tiling is attrocious, walls uneven, chipped tiles, no tiling spacers used etc. But worst was that the toilet wasn't properly connected and flooded the floor when flushed. I won't name the man here, but if you would like to message me I'll let you know. I have many photos that I can back this up with.

We've asked for a complete refund as his work is just a complete waste of time, materials and money. We've also aked for his complaints book, but had no success - I'd guess that he doesn't have one.

I'm with Alicia mojacar homes are the way to go...you get what you pay 4 in my experience.

You have no idea how much we paid - it was a not insignificant amount. Now we're back to square 1. 

In future, I'd suggest that if you have nothing useful to add to the discussion, best keep quiet.
