Hi we are in the U.K. and recently purchased an apartment in Vera Playa. When we were in Spain a few months ago , we saw a bbq that has a steel hot plate to cook on that was hinged at one end so the whole plate lifts and leaves you with gas rings showing that you can cook your paella on. If anyone knows the type, where would be the best place to purchase one as we will be back over there in a few weeks. Thanks

Hi.
We bought a Camping Gaz BBQ which has a hot plate and 2 gas rings, also can be used as an oven.
Bought from Leroy Merlin but most good hardware stores should have them or something similar.
