Hi All,

My partner is this king of buying a property in Vera Playa.  We would mainly use it in the Winter season.  Is Vera Playa still somewhat lively (bars, restaurants, live music) in the Winter or dead?  If you suggestions of where to live, the by all means post your answers.

Thanking you in advance

as with all seaside locations here in the winter it all closes down and goes quiet with a few exceptions before the virus struck.  if you want a quiet place to be then Vera Playa will be it,  slightly better is Garrucha because it's a Spanish fishing port and has all year occupancy and Mojacar is also slightly better but not much.

This might not  be helpful.

Vera and Vera Playa are two different towns separated by a few miles. Vera is a little inland and targeted by the Spanish government to grow and grow while Vera Playa is on the coast. Vera would have shops opened all year round whereas Vera Playa would not have all its shops open in winter/spring.
