the inflatables that are usually just outside the port area are a company that you pay for a session using them as a assault course in the water.  You need to be a confident swimmer and able to climb well.   It's strange that near to the port with such large ships and the jetsum that they put out it is allowed.  They have stopped the jet ski businesses from operating from the port because they pass the ships but so do the small boats that people own and only take out of port when they come on their holidays.

Best place for water sports has to be the water slide park but not much shade. 

the other place for water sport activity is a Cuevas de Almazora at the canal where they have instructers for canoes and paddle boards and water sking on a line.  Beach bar at the site for the adults use.

That is a huge statement. Do you have substantiated proof of this? Ships are forbidden to discharge ANYTHING in port other than their cargo and agreed waste.  Indeed, even ballast water must be discharged at a minimum of 12 miles offshore. Any Master of a vessel would be liable and very interested to hear of your allegations.

Please substantiate your claims. My guess is the majority of 'jetsam' as you put it comes from everyday people that leave litter on beaches and get washed into the sea. I have retrieved Consum plastic carriers from beaches before now.
