I have just retired and am part way through my NLV, We have chosen Vera to start our Spanish adventire and will be getting a 6 month rental in January. Is there anybody one this forum that can advise on the paperwork needed and timelines once we arrive in Spain?

Will have to sort out Tie and Padron etc........Also where is the best immigration office for Vera ? is it Almeria?

you would be best to use a gestor for everything or use CATS in La Alfoquia who can arrange it all for a reasonable fee. www,catservicesinspain.com or tele 950634388 or 627685514 mon to fri 9.30-15.00 sat/sun 9.30-13.00

As much as people are very helpful on this forum I would suggest that as it is such an important issue regarding residency that you ask a fully qualified solicitor or similar. Good luck.
