Hi, I can  recommend without reservation  a lady called Carole Frost Wilson. She is a superb cleaner and does changeovers better than anyone else I know. She is also 100% trustworthy and is key holder for several homes in the local area. Carole always does my cleans and changeovers (I own 3 properties in the local area) and my guests comment that it is like walking into a show home. Carole also does washing, ironing etc and will do meet & greets and will, by arrangements, offer a Nannying service. If you contact her I know you won't be disappointed.
