are you there already? if not then search the internet, and yes visit as many agents as poss for your chosen area as there is a good chance that they will have the same property at a lower price, also keep an eye out for 'se vende' posters on properties

Contact Maricela at REMAX Vera Play and Valerie at AM3 Vera.  Both have stacks of properties, both speak English

Also widen you area and see what you can get in your budget, different beaches, towns etc.  They all have something different to offer. Go to different agents, look on websites.  Have fun.

Yes definitely have a look at as many agents as you can. Their websites are often a good starting point for pre-visit research and doing a first-pass sorting through of the kinda thing you're looking for and it'll also give you a flavour of prices etc. You can then use that to visit in-person when you're 'on the ground'. From personal experience, I've had much better results when going into offices in-person, broadly speaking its the preferred Spanish way of doing business. Don't be surprised if you don't get immediate (or if ever) responses from email enquiries.

Good luck with the search & enjoy!

We would recommend Marisella Reche as well. She was amazing for us.

She has great area knowledge, speaks excellent English (if you don’t speak Spanish) and definitely goes the extra mile.
