...rant on the corner and Dees bar a bit further along. We love to be by the beach and then finish up in Millionaires for a drink and something to eat. Millionaires also has all the football and sports on tv. It's great to walk along the paseo to Garrucha and the restaurants there.
There is another community also call Las Marinas and I think this is between la Laguna and Garrucha but further back from the beach. Unfortunately we have only managed one long weekend in January this year but my son managed to get out in the summer months.
We haven't witnessed any floods, it does rain heavy for a short while around second week in September but we are on 1st floor so do not have that worry.

Cheers Grant . Seems the Buganvillas area and in particular the corridor adjacent to Ave San Sebastian El Cano was badly affected in 2012 nrTorrelaguna and the Las Marinas urbanisation where I have been looking.
The area seems nice and I agree the walk along the promenade lovely but the u tube videos certainly give me cause to steer away from any flood plane areas in an otherwise nice location.
