Hello All
Will be coming out late March and looking for someone who does breathing/breathwork.
Excuse my ignorance but what is breathing/breathworks????

I have a lung complaint, IPF,and get puffed out very easily. I have heard of tai chi, yoga done a little, and other forms of breathing/lung exercises. I just wondered if anyone was doing classes/lessons in this sort of thing

Thanks for the explanation, I wish you well. I noticed the other day a guy advertising on here that he is a personal trainer lives in Albox and he said he tailors exercise to specific requirement. From memory he didn't charge much. He might be able to help you.
