Hi Marg, the ;trade; adverts I assume help to pay for this site to function,as for private ads then they can help people that are looking for things,

As for questions/answers/information there lots of bits of information all over the site and you can use the seach function to find it,

If you ask a question then for sure if someone can help they will

sit back ask and search and enjoy

I can second that. Asked a few questions and always got good sensible replies. 

yes MOST of the time the answers are sensible but you will get the occasional silly 1

If you want to be on a forum such as this to ask questions, then ask questions. Contribute to the forum too. That’s what fora are for. If you can’t hack the answers, don’t ask the questions. Welcome aboard and I look forward to your posts.
