If you’re like us, then payment was in stages, so we didn’t pay the final instalment (1/3rd from memory) until after completion and we signed it off?  Hopefully you haven’t lost too much?  Have you tried contacting Richard from Pineapple without any response?  Hope things work out as best they can for you in the circumstances.  

Nope!  The quote was actually from May 2022 and for one reason and other it was the autumn before the work was carried out.  The payment was through bank transfer too, not readies!

It was 40% on excepting the Quote and another 40% on the works starting.

They had just started disconnected water and power and left like that.

I can’t contact Richard he won’t answer.

I feel for you.  I just checked and our instalments were the same. I didn’t remember having to pay so much before it was finished but its the same as you.

Hi, I was recommended Miquel by Almeria homes. Don't have his mobile as he speaks little English. Louie from Almeria homes did all my translating for me. You could contact Louie at his office in Albox. I was very happy with the kitchen and price.

I was due to have a Pineapple bathroom fitted last month. Aside from Grupo Salvador who may be fishing for business, do you know who has been appointed as the liquidator of Richards business and/or have you been contacted by anyone in relation to this issue?

I have no idea who has been appointed as Liquidator for Pineapple Kitchens.

I have decided to go with Grupo Salvador because it can be processed as a group with costs at a more acceptable level.

I have not had contact from anyone else

If you can suggest a reliable alternative contractor. I would appreciate it.
