Hi Guys.
Assuming some bars and restaurants are now opening in Vera Playa...
What payments are preferred, do they want contactless card payment or are they still ok with good old cash ?
Does any know if B2 Mohana, Cositas or La Pepperini have reopened yet ?

most bars and restaurants are open now under the rules of occupancy even the chiringuitos are now opening up in expectation of the hoards descending from other areas on Monday. no problem with payment by cash here in fact one bar has a tongue in cheek board outside saying only cash no contactless cards sorry for the inconvenience!!

Bars seem to accept both.
Mohana 2 is open. Cositas isn't open. Not sure about LA Peperina.
El Gomez Felix near Mercadona is opening this week. Most of the bars at Consumer are open. New bar run by a French guy is very popular.
All the bars at Burganvilles are open and the restaurant at Deportivo where all the sports are held is open.

Great area. Walking distance to sea, bus stop in main road for buses from Vera town to Mojacar Playa.
Markets in Vera, Villaricos and Garrucha.
Quiet in the winter, busy some months in summer. Plenty of areas to walk to, parks etc.
Mercadona up the road.
From Vera you can get buses to Murcia, Alicante, Barcelona, Granada.
Usually there is an airport bus that travels to the 3 nearest airports ie Almeria, Murcia, Alicante.
Not sure if it's running at the moment.
