Good afternoon, new member here, we have just purchased an apartment on the Don Julian complex, there is no water coming through the taps, we’ve turned the mains tap on which over the front door to the apartment and checked taps under the sink, the water company have said they’re still supplying water to the property? Any ideas?

Sounds silly but also check that the little filters that unscrew on the tap are not clogged with cal stopping the water getting through. We normally have to take them of every month or so to wash them out

If you’re in an apartment block, check under the stairs where all the water meters are for each apartment. Speak to the president of the block as the door is often locked but he/she will have the key
