Is there a tiled floor cleaner

Looking for a whole ground floor tile cleaner. We cannot get the grout clean. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.

Buy a grout rake, take out the top couple of mm and regrout. I've never found a grout cleaner that has worked 100%.
