Hi I am looking to buy a family sized car with at least 5 seats to keep at my apartment in Vera Playa.  Saloon, estate, hatchback or SUV considered.  Would need to be left hand drive, Spanish registered with ITV.  Petrol or diesel is ok, auto gearbox preferred but manual considered.  Looking to get a good quality car with a good specification.  An older car would be ok but it would need to be in generally good condition.  Higher mileage ok with service history.  The budget is ideally up to around 3000 but could go a bit higher for the right car. Many thanks.

Good luck with your search. Second hand cars in Spain are eye wateringly expensive. A 3k budget is going to get you something older with higher mileage. You may find a RHD matriculated car at a better price if you can live with the issues.

HI Geordiemark. Many thanks for the info. That fits in with what I’ve been told. Note what you say about RHD but would prefer to go for LHD. Thanks again. Steve
