Baby bird

Me and my partner are out on holiday for two weeks at our house in Vera Playa and a couple of days ago a baby bird with feathers fell out of its nest. It's a bit of a fighter as we put it on the window ledge in a box (in the hope its momma would come and rescue it) and twice it's fallen off but still alive. It's a baby swallow. We've been feeding it and still this morning it is alive and squawking. Any ideas as to what we can do as don't want to feed it for two weeks and then leave it! Any bird lovers out there........
