Is there a supermarket with easy parking on the outskirts of Velez Rubio

Not that I am aware of, the nearest would be Peurto Lumbreras. 

There is the English store on the poligono or the spar in the centre, both with parking outside. The new Mercadona in Puerto Lumberas or Carrefour at the shopping comple  or  Aldi in Lorca
