Paying property tax

HI

Could anyone advise me how to get in touch with town hall regarding payment of council/property tax ?

We dont live in Velez but have a farm/ruin that we are obliged to pay local tax on even though we use no services...

However, Santander have been an absolute nightmare..(I moved house about 2 years ago and have been unable to change my address) so have received no statements for 2 years... I lost track of how much money was in the account and now they have closed it which means I have no way of paying the DDs that went out for services and also water.

The only information I have is the reference numbers on a bank statement from several years ago.. does anyone have any ideas how to go about paying these bills before we get too far in arrears (I think only one payment missed since the bank account shut.)

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated... I guess I have to try and get out but obviously now is not a great time anyway..

HI

No unfortunately not so I still dont know who to contact in regards to paying this. I seem to remember the lady who sorted stuff out with us when we purchased the land going to the town hall so maybe this is where it gets done, a bit like a council office... I also need to know how to contact the Water people ? SO if you find anything else please post back..
