Hi Martin and Susie,

I hope you're enjoying Tijola. I am buying a house there too and i need a lawyer to help me with the transaction. Who did you use and would you recommend them?

With many thanks,

Helen.

Hi Helen, I would love to recommend my Lawyer to you unfortunately I can’t. He is an English speaking Spanish lawyer. He is very thorough but extremely slow. I bought my house in February twenty one. And I am still waiting for the deeds. If you are driving, then I would suggest a twenty five minute drive to Albox. There are choices of English speaking lawyers there. Best of luck, Martin.

Just give me a shout, I'd be super-happy to meet some people. I've been here (Tijola) for 3 weeks and will be here till end October. I'm on the 'Friends in Seron and Surrounding Areas' FB page - Helen Carter :)
