Hi we are moving to Almería province soon and are wondering what Tijola is like to live in. Are there any Spanish classes? Does it get cold in the winter? Are the locals welcoming?

Have family of 3puppies and a mum on our land the mum and daughter of which need veterinary treatment and we have been unable to get them help as all the kennels are full and we don't have the funds to get them vet treatment. Would try to get them into the car and take them anywhere should anyone be able to offer assistance. The mums face ears and tail have sores and the daughter showing signs too and we also have a dog ourselves that we worry could get infected.

Hi all, This might be useful to anyone out there struggling with the internet. We moved to the mountains outside of Tijola in April this year. We are near to the windmills between Higueral and Hijate. My wife works full time from home and we have struggled to get any sort of a reliable broadband / internet connection since arriving. We have just bought and installed the Starlink system. You need to buy the satellite and router and then there is a monthly cost for the service. You will need to install it yourself, but after saying that, It's " Idiot proof " The difference is absolutely amazing and well worth the money. At last my wife can work efficiently and with no stress with a constant and reliable connection. We can also at last watch 4K programmes on the television. Money well spent, it does exactly what it says on the tin, well done Mr Musk.

Hello friends, can anyone let me know how to dispose of some unwanted furniture? I have a rather large living room cabinet which is too large to be taken out of the house by anyone other than a company that does this kind of thing and is not good enough to be donated. Also some chairs and armchairs. I don't need them anymore and I do need the space. Anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks in advance.
