We are a retired couple with no pets who are looking to rent a villa with pool in a fairly rural area around Turre (we love Corjito Grande). Long Term, including the summer months. Preferably on one level. We have tried estate agents and not had much luck. Can anyone point us in the right direction please?

Try Andy Voss at Vosshomes, Hercule - Overa, properties in rural area 40 mins inland from Mojacar.

Hi, We recently advised a couple about apts for rent in our apt. block. They came back saying they had been inundated with offers.
Can I suggest you also post on the 3 or more local Facebook Forums?
Almanzura Valley, Mojacar and Vera & Mojacar. There is also a Turre fb forum.

As the previous poster has stated rental villas inland via Andy Voss & Associates, Huercal Overa. Loads of properties for rent in Arboleas (aka.Little Britain).
May be way too far inland for you.

Town mentioned is/was " Huercal Overa "
Roughly 40 minutes from the coast, as Colonel Bob says, Voss homes are the agents to contact, the rentals person has just sorted a couples request for a property but they had a requirement for two large dogs. Your enquiries may be easir to sort.
We live in Urcal, nice small village with doctors, small supermarket, nice friendly bar with friendly locals, darts night thursdays lol, theres people here renting but Voss can advise better.
