Municipalities that can travel to Turre have their own bars and restaurants open. And vice versa. And they are open because those municipalities have low case numbers.

Sometimes you just want a change of scenery, not necessarily to sit in a bar, and as long as you follow the guidelines you can get out for a walk to lift your spirits.
As I understand it, in Andalucia bars, restaurants and essential services are to close at 6pm. However, in the case of the towns listed as being the ones which have the highest Covid ratio, all non essential services are closed completely. I think this is for the next 20 days but I have to check on this. Anyway, as Turre is not on this list it will be the envy of all the surrounding towns and villages who ARE on the list as most of its watering holes and shops will be open until 6pm (I think supermarkets and chemist keep normal times, the same as everywhere else)!
No, people are not allowed to go outside their catchment areas but many will do, of that I'm sure!
