Hi.   Well I have just spent the best part of over 1 hour trying to get to the right department. I get passed from pillar to post. I suppose it suits them as then you give up  so they dont have to bother.  grrrrrrr

I can’t comment on other banks, I’ve been with Caixa for years and never a problem but others have had, as with all banks in Spain. You will get pros and cons with all the answers that you will receive.  However, I don’t think that any are as good with customers as U.K. banks are. Biggest problem, not enough staff. Usually only 1 cashier at my bank but others may vary. 

Hi I didnt find any post and I dont even know what address they are sending it too They have sent me a pdf of the form but it keeps referring to info I have no idea off
