I was in the cajamar bank in Turre today as my online shopping card doesnt work only to be told ( The system is down and will not be available for a week or two) I could not believe she said that but it appears its true.So now not only can we not travel but we cannot buy online grrrrrrrr

Hi there. I've had an occasional problem lately with the card readers, but online purchases don't seem to be affected. I have used my card details several times in the last couple of weeks without any problems.
Glad to know that it's a problem with Cajamar rather than me though. Thank you for the information.

I now think that cajamar have totally lost the plot ! I received an email today telling me there is a message in my virtual mailbox. when I go there big red notice This service is temporally unavailable grrrrrrrerrr what century are they in
Today tried cash points in turre both not working was told the line is down.Went inside only to be told microchip broken on the card. Told them it was a new card 10 weeks ago.I overheard one casher say she has not put the cash in to machines so two different answers.So new card ordered so no card working till i get the new one.I wish these people would tell the customers the truth.Would not reccomend this bank.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing problems. I can only say that I've never had a problem with Cajamar or its Wefferent account and I always recommend to others, especially for it's no fees situation.

Hi today i have made a complaint to Cajamar regarding the Turre office. Why was two machine not working then when i complained about the poor service the lady put my card into her desk machine after telling me my microchip on my card was broken and stop my card and said she must order new card. this card is less than 3 months old. i tried to use the card in superturre not working so it was blocked.Other people also had the same problem yesterday with these two machines so my card was not the problem but easier to say faulty microchip buy another card.Cost 6 euros for new card. Cajamar has lost the plot with customer service.
