I hope you all had a good Christmas - I would like as much info as possible about the various markets in the Almeria region. When , where and what they sell would be v appreciated.
Also recommendations for good electricians who would be willing to come out and quote to a house near Sorbas.

If.you.look at the on-line version of The Almeria Focus Magazine and Directory, It's P.118'in the Magazine.itself.you have the Markets & Car Boots & Rastros. sorbas seems.to be Thursday, can't see Tabernas though.
The markets are all bigger or smaller and.usually the same traders at all of.them.
Clothing, household.items, footwear,.fruit & veg, toys,.etc, etc.
Not our area for tradesmen but the Focus has directories of.such.under their trades.
Maybe speak to neighbours or any Brits running local businesses. Get as many quotes as poss as you will be seen as a meal ticket by certain.

Theres a market on most everywhere most days, look as bob says in the back of the Focus magazine.
Not mentioned in there is a big market at Lorca on Thursdays, Puerto Lumbreras on Friday has a great fruit and veg section, plentiful supplies and very fresh and cheap, veg tends to stay fresh longer here.
Anyone for strawberries ??, yes you can now get strawberries at most markets, and yes its January !!
Havent been to many markets further than our local ones, Vera is great for a walking tour on Saturdays up and down the narrow streets with different traders on every corner up the street round the corner etc, great for architecture buffs, Albox is a good market too.
