I think you´re best getting the bus to Almeria if you don´t drive, and you will have a better selection there.  You  would find them on Mojacar beach possibly  , but public transport from Sorbas there may be only once a day and there are more buses for you which go to Almeria city.

This is an area of Spain where public transport is particularly bad if you live in rural areas and in some cases  is non-existant.   You  really need a car in the Sorbas area.
