I believe that Costa Coches on the Antas Industrial Estate is where many expats go to buy second hand cars. There's a Kia franchise and workshop on the same estate which might have something secondhand too.
In the other direction and not too far from Mizala, heading direction Almeria, is Cuidad del Motor (Motor City) exit 481 off the motorway on the left (Nijar/San Isidro turnoff). There is a good choice of cars there to check out. Good luck!
