Travel outside Sorbas Municipality

Now Sorbas is in tier 3 is it possible to travel by car outside of Sorbas Municipality to go to Vera?
yes, you are allowed to go to Vera.

As far as I understand it there is no problem about leaving Sorbas but there may well be a problem about entering Vera as the last time I looked it was on a different level and had closed municipal borders.
Vera is not closed, you are allowed to travel there unhindered.
