Snorkeling in SJDLT or Vicinity

My sister in law is visiting from UK and is a keen snorkeler. Where can se snorkel in the area.

Hi 

See many snorkelers at Carboneras in /off the small beach just past the Holcim plant. There's a breakwater to the Harbour which has been dredged. On the other side of the little bay/ beach is a rocky headland.
