Can you launch a boat in or near San Juan?

Hi,

We are looking for somewhere to be able to put our 5m boat in the water to explore the coves around San Juan DLT. I think there’s a boat ramp on the main beach,  am I right and can anyone use it and are there time restrictions on vehicular access to it. Does anyone know of any other nearby slipways, apart from marina at Villaricos? We don’t want to tow the boat all the way there without knowing. Would be grateful for advice. Thanks
