Hi guys

I am planning a first trip to SAN Juan de Los Terreros initially for a holiday with my family but to then starting to look at buying a property there. Could anyone please point me in the right direction of the cheapest option to transfer from Murcia airport to the mar Serena area?

The only sensible way to do this is via taxis. There are no buses or shuttles from San Javier to SJDLT - or to anywhere! For an international airport it has horrific public transport links and you need a car.

Hi Rob

Thank you for your info, would it be easier to transfer from Almería airport?

No transport from Murcia or Almeria is the same. Distance for both 100km.

Almeria Airport is certainly better served vis-a-vis public transport.  2 possibilities: you could catch the BAMBus from the bus station in Almeria to SJDLT which runs 3 times a day and the timetable is at https://www.busbam.com/horarios/almeria-cartagena/; or to save you having to get from the airport to the bus station (although taxis wouldn't be too expensive) you could get the Exclusive Airport Shuttles bus from the airport and get off at the bus stop in Los Gallardos and then pick up the BAMBus.
