Property rental

Hi
My husband and I are coming to Spain for six months.
We have found a lovely two bed villa to rent for the month of April in SJDLT and were planning on looking for accommodation for the rest of our stay once we arrive however I can see that a lot of the villas in SJDLT aren't available from May onwards.
We don't necessarily have to stay in SJDLT but from what I have seen, it seems to be the perfect place for us. Ideally I would just like to know that we have somewhere to stay for the first couple of months so if anyone can recommend a villa ideally with its own pool that is available for May or May and June please let me know.
Our budget is about £600-£700 a month.
