Moving to San Juan - Oct 22

We have just had a week in travelling around the San Juan area ready for my wife and I to relocate next Oct. We will be looking to rent full time and would like to bring our own furniture, or at least some of it. We will looking for a 3 Bed/2 Bathroom property with a pool and hopefully a few nice views (we don't want much do we)!! so if anyone has any thoughts, advice etc it would be very much appreciated. It may seem a little early but it will soon be upon us and our aim is to make the transition as easy as possible !! Many thanks for your time Kev & Teresa
