Hello

Can any body tell me i have 110sqm of out building that i would like to demolish and use the 110sqm on a extension to the villa is this possible ? i cannot use these buildings as there are 50 meters from the villa , i would save all the stone and add the stone to the new extension  also including the roof tiles  etc etc , Now another question is that my land is rustic so i would only be allowed to install a agriculture building on the land could this building be attached to the villa , for example a steel frame extension including using the old stone  that comes from the old out buidings

You really need to speak to your local town hall for a definitive response....there are many non approved buildings in Andalusia/Almeria so you need to get advice from the right forum...

Hi

the house is a old farm house  the estate agent has said that yes the outbuilding can be demolished but cannot take that space and add it to the house , but a gestor has said that the outbuilding canbe demolished and that land can be added to the property, also as it is rustic land i can use a agricultural building  [steel frame system ] for the extension , but very confusing  , some how i have a gut feeling that the gestor is just making money

You need to get an architect ( not one suggested by the gestor) then submit the plans to Pulpi AND land registry.
