From my reading of an 'article', I reckon that this is lazy media desperate to create a headline...the 'article' proceeds to effectively negate its earlier speculation a few paragraphs down

I cant see it happening, not this side of the school holidays anyway, there are too many Brits on holiday in Spain and not enough government hotel rooms to accommodate them all coming back from a red country. Having just visited family in the uk fir the first time in an age, I personally can’t wait to get back home - feels way safer in Spain than in the UK!
