Is it to return to the UK? If so, you do not need one. A much cheaper and quicker Antigen test is acceptable.

EV medical. They have clinics in RDM and Aquadulce. As they become more popular perhaps chemists will start to do them.

Just booked myself in for a PCR test (€130) at EV Medical in Aguadulce. Test results will come via SMS 48 hours later.
Not sure why I need a test to return to the UK as I have already had two vaccines, but rules is rules...

Why did you not go for the Antigen test??? Much cheaper!!!

Antigen is not sufficient but there is PCR testing in roquetas we heard!

48 hours to await test result seems crazy. If flight delayed it may be a problem as it needs be 72 hours when landing. Think most results within 14 hours but pay rapid 2hr is like €25 extra. I need do one but travel near end august and hope cheaper by then, and quicker

Just been on the Uk government web site for travel from abroad to the UK
You DO NOT need the PCR test to enter the UK an Antigen test accepted which is a lot cheaper EV medical do them for €40 Euros and the results are through in 15 mins while you wait.
