I am visiting Rancho du les sol in May for a horse riding holiday. Please can anyone advise me about places to eat, where to buy provisions etc.

Depends were you are staying , Partaloa village has a well stocked shop  and one bar serving good food, main town Albox has several super markets and restaurants.
