Expat population

Good evening.
quite like the area just wondered is there an expat community in Partaloa and is there much to do? TIA

There’s a mix of Spanish, Belgians, French, Dutch, Welsh, Scottish, Irish and English
It’s quite quiet, but there’s a tennis club, pétanque group, gymnasium a couple of bars. Helpful town hall. Doctors surgery, farmacia small shop.
Covid has prevented many get togethers, but the town hall arranges a few things.
