Good afternoon
I am new to this forum, we’re looking to move to this area in the next two years, so would like to know more about it, is there any advice that you would like to give us about moving to Spain?

My wife researched for 3 years and as many visits before she moved out in 2002. We met in 2003 in Albox.
No idea yet what Brexit will bring.
Extended Rental. If poss. 1 in Summer & 1 in winter.
Bring your transport if poss so you can visit several areas. Even better if you have Touring Caravan or Motorhome.
Avoid believing info from know it alls in bars.
Avoid being befriended by those that see you as a cash cow. They groom you like paedophiles.
Leave your investments in UK.
Always ensure you are dealing with Registered Companies & not on the black economy.
Find & use a reputable Solicitor.
Don't use the Solicitor recommended by Estate Agent.
LEARN SPANISH. Loads more but think that's sufficient for the moment.

Thank you for your reply I already learning spainish and I appreciate all the information that you have given, we’re are coming out a cpl of times a year next year but was thinking of using the place in the sun for help.
