The Rodalquilar mines and their legacy

Hi, I prepared a 28-minute video about the Rodalquilar gold and other mines. For those of you that do not know about them they are near San Jose in the Cabo de Gata National Park about an hour from Mojacar. Almost 7 tonnes of gold were mined between 1903 and the final short mining period of 1988 to 1990. There is a stunning miners walk and a number of Hollywood productions were filmed there and used the iconic Denver wash plant buildings.

I hope the video is of interest to some of you.
