Missing Pension Payments / WORLDLINK
I am trying to help my mother. She seems light on paperwork and does not know her pension provider (in UK). On her bank statement past payments show as "PENSION-WORLDLINK" - a payment gateway. I am trying to contact them to establish the originator of pension payments that have ceased for no reason. I cannot find any contact details for WorldLink. Cajarmar Bank seem to just wash their hands and cannot help. I believe WorldLink are owned by Citybank. When I contact them they seem vague, it is someone in the States and again I cannot find any sensible email address or phone numbers. Any bright ideas??
