Hi all  we have holidayed a few time in this area, and try to see as much as we can, and at home we love to watch the

Place in the sun programmes, a lot of houses come with a lot of land  1 or 2 acres, which is a heck of a lot for someone to manage, my question is  does anyone know if they would be able to sell part of their land

Good Morning,

It's possible but difficult as it entails changes to your escritura/ Deeds ( unsure of spelling), Land Registry, IBI, Architect , etc.

Years back near our cottage a Spanish.neighbour was selling one of his cottages which had a common track, allowing access to.other properties, separating the cottage from his land. We asked him why he didn't just keep the land as it had Almonds & wasn't conducive to use by a Brit.buyer. He replied that it wasn't possible.

I note you are in Mojacar. Why not pop in to Ana at Grupo Salvador one property up from MACS the Cancer Charity, state you are thinking of such a property & stratagem & ask its flexibility.

She is a lovely person and speaks perfect English. By all means mention Dr. Bob and Sandra.

Hope that helps,

Bob and Sandra
