Hi , traveling to Spain in the near future via France in my van, bringing personal belongings with me for my holiday property. Ie bed ,cabinets , clothes etc . Is there an issue with paying duty on these now brexit is in place ?

check expatnetwork.com for info.  If you are a resident with a registration on the padron then you can bring goods that you have owned for 6 months or more.  but there are regulations now on new goods and charges of import duty and vat can apply.

I assume as holiday home you are a non resident . From experience you will have to pay duty and taxes on your items and will need a customs broker at France - Spain border to complete import formalities . You cannot just drive to Spain with items as before Brexit . You may also find you need to have a T1 EU transit documents from UK customs to so maybe worth speaking with them and finally you will need a clear Covid test / result before you leave UK

Good luck
